Hi, I’m Hannah-

a chips and salsa, two-stepping, and college football loving Texas native. IYKYK. I left Austin for religious grad school in 2014, and came back as a therapist.

I have a passion for helping clients like you manage the stress of everyday life. 

My approach to therapy is integrative. We will use EMDR, IFS (parts work), and nervous system regulation techniques to help you break down limiting beliefs and create new, positive habits and ways of thinking.

My goal is to help you walk confidently, knowing you can handle whatever surprise comes your way.

If I’m not knitting, adventuring, or spending time with loved ones, I’m preparing for our sessions so you get EXACTLY what you need.

Working with me means you receive an individualized, intimate therapy experience. You feel like a priority from day one because you are a priority. I only accept a few clients at a time and limit my weekly appointments so I can be fully present in our sessions.

If you are looking for a passive approach, this isn’t for you. While I won’t do the work for you, I will gently push you. I will offer you the support and engagement needed to help you find the breakthroughs you are looking for.
